Sego Kipkosgei Returns Stronger: Kapsabet Steeplechase Star Builds Endurance at Chepsaita Cross Country

Sego Kipkosgei from Kapsabet, a 3000m steeplechase runner with a PB of 8:42, is back stronger after injury! Trained by coach Japter Keter, Sego says he’s using the Chepsaita Cross Country to build endurance ahead of track season.
He even paced Abraham Kibiwott on the road to the Paris Olympics.
On-ground registration happening at the Eliud Kipchoge Complex, Kapsabet — today (Friday, Nov 7) and tomorrow (Saturday, Nov 8) from 9am to 5pm.
